Just because we have a license to place the machine doesn’t mean patrons are allowed to vape indoors. The rules don’t change.

Think of it like this—
You can buy a Bud Light at a gas station, but you can’t crack it open in the car. Or, you can drive to a bar, drink there, but still can’t drive home drunk. Same logic applies here: legal to buy, not legal to use indoors unless your policy allows it.

The people buying from the machine are already vapors. They’ve got one in their pocket and they need another or their device died. Instead of having them leave to go to a gas station, they can stay at your venue and buy the product they want. When they stay, they order another round and tip your staff—it’s about customer retention, not encouraging vaping. Also, the bartenders love it because they make more tips when their customer can stay and be happy. 

Plus—no increase in indoor vaping.
